@bollengc : Also, I have this issue. However, I do not have GARP services on call in my country. So I had dropped in email. on PSI confirmation mail they have written first and last name only. However, on GARP portal I have my full name. Now sure if this will create confusions on my exam day.

@Nicole Seaman , As May onwards part 1 FRM is CBT. If I want to take flavor of full test on computer based environment. Is it possible? My intention is to get comfortable with the interface. (P.S - not sure if I posted the question to correct forum)
