We don't get an electronic copy, we just wait for the mail with no tracking number that was sent 2 months ago...

I submitted my resume only on the 6th of January, because I wasn't near a computer... I guess I will wait a long time...

They don't require PDF or WORD files. You just submit sentences in the given space. If I remember correctly, you should write at least 100 words. My advice is to write everything in WORD and when you're finished copy and paste to the website.
