I saw on Reddit that with developer tools it is possible to see an "early tell", when you search for "pass" on the "My Programs" page.
Can anyone confirm?
You might be right. Some people might have deferred for medical reasons, like if they are in a risk group. But it was a great opportunity for people who messed up their planning.
Generally it is speculated that GARP takes a certain quantile of the best results and put a factor on it to determine...
It says on the GARP Homepage:
https://www.garp.org/#!/post/exam-safety
I think this is important, because the situation for the November and maybe the January exams is likely to be the same. Not sure what happens when they switch to CBT though.
About the climate risk, as far as I remember is...
Plus I think if for medical reasons you have to wear your own specific mask, you could contact GARP before in order to get an exemption - you probably need a doctor's attestation.
They did provide masks in Switzerland (Zurich/Spreitenbach), you had to switch to the GARP mask and put your own one on the table (probably so they could see, who has already switched).
The mask was a pretty standard single use hygene type paper mask.
I think the starting value was 2.6%, the question was, what is the interest rate in the lowest node after two periods. Lambda 1 and 2 were given as p.a. values (I think 9 and 6), so I divided them by 12.
Yes, there was no notification whatsoever. They should at least send an update. No info on the homepage either.
It is a bit unfortunate that close to the exam.
I guess it will take at least till monday for a reply.
Any fellow Swiss guys here? Did they change the exam location? I have printed my admission ticket some days ago and it said sheraton Zurich.
Now on the GARP homepage it says Hilton Spreitenbach and when I opened my ticket again, the location is also Hilton Spreitenbach...
I guess it is...
