    I remember that: Floating rate at the start at the initial of the swap = 3% + Libor (25 bps) = 3,25% Floating rate at the end of the period = 3% + Libor (75 bps) = 3,75% S0 TRS receiver net payout (3,75% - 20% ) * 200 M = 32,5M

    I agree with hanyongdok. I used the same equation PD3 = Cum PD3 - Cum PD2

    My reasonning was : PV= -80000 FV= 100000 T=1 PMT=0 COMPT Y=25% PD= 1 - (1+5%)/(1+25%) = 16% which gives same result

    Hi, After reading almost all the comments, I have concluded that the exam wasn't so easy as some people assume. Sure there are at least 50 questions for which we can trust but 25 to 30 questions are more confusing. Good luck everybody
