15. Correlation Swap receives 0.4 more
My understanding . Formula is a multiplier of Sum of Correlations. with 2/(n2-n) . Since correlations were understated the sum of correlations will be higher.
hence Correlation Swap receives 0.4 more is correct as per me.
MVaR is linear approximation (first partial derivative). Incremental VaR is a full revaluation.
Not sure which one to use as both will give the similar result. However MVaR will be a very fast way to derive so I chose MVAR.
That was a nasty statement. Students are only sharing their feedback which was the objective of this thread. If you dont like it maybe you shouldnt read it.
If students are paying for the exam.. their commitment should not really be doubted as they are putting money where their mouth is unlike...
Any idea how many students attempt the exam... most of the seats in my centre were empty.. same thing was confirmed by my friends.. they too found many seats empty.. Paper was very tough and lengthy.. fingers crossed
