@Nicole Seaman thanks for this. Is it possible to get more descriptive details of the changes? Otherwise, if we have already "studied" that area, we would need to trawl through the documents looking for changes (and cannot do "compare changes" to PDFs).

It seems a bit unfair to charge for a deferral when it is not actually possible to sit the exam!

Sounds like we are having the same experience. Each help desk I speak to refers me to the other one! If we can't sit it in Sydney and aren't allowed to leave Sydney because of COVID restrictions, I wonder if we will get a refund or deferral?!
