2015 FRM part 2 curriculum - outdated material removed?

Hi - I was just curious if BT's study planner for 2015 has removed any videos and notes that are no longer relevant from 2014. I'm sure there is some overlap and it's not so "black and white" as my question may seem. Hopefully this question makes sense.

David and his team do align the material to the curriculum so some material is removed. However, if it is especially relevant or helpful, BT sometimes retains it in the practice questions even if the reading is no longer assigned.

Thank you @brianhfield for your explanation above. @Ryan S, as Brian said, we do retain some of the material that may not be in the 2015 curriculum, but we feel is still relevant to the exam. However, I have gone through the study planner and removed the materials that are no relevant for 2015. We will also continue to add to the study planner throughout this exam period, as we are currently preparing the new and updated study materials.
