Confirmation on subscription FRM(Full)

Hi David

Yesterday, I have subscribed for the FRM(Full) course and paid USD 399/- through the credit card by using the BT’s product subscription link. However, after providing all the required information, the system did’nt show the status of subscription and indicated a message that “We are currently upgrading Bionic Turtle so that we may better serve you”. I am not sure my application and credit card payment have been received by you. No receipt is obtained. Kindly, let me know the status of my application and credit card payment immediately. In case you have not received, I have to inform the bank for not processing the card payment.

Your immediate action is awaited.

Hi Raveen

Apologies for delay. We just checked with the payment gateway/Merchant: there was no charge, it never reached the merchant bank. I have confirmed your *failed* transaction attempts (i.e., no charge to your card) on April 13th @ 9:19 to 9:22 PM US PST.

As Shawn wrote you, I believe, he had to take down the system to work on our upgrade (ability to take discounts and L1/L2 payments).

Please let me know if you have further concerns, I appreciate the concern of a failed transaction. Please be assured there is no charge but we'll follow up as needed, etc.
