Conversion factor mini-screencast -- two issues

I tried to leave a comment on the comment section on the above page -- but I couldn't. I tried this on both Internet Explorer and Mozilla -- but there is a field that says: please type the word that appears in the image below. But I see no such image from which to type the word. Hence not able to submit the comment.

Anyway, the reason I wanted to post something was -- I couldn't locate the conversion factor spreadsheet you refer to in the screencase. I waded through your various spreadsheets, but i couldn't locate it. Can you tell me where it is?

It was previously called
2008 FRM: Hull (derivatives): cheapest to deliver (CTD)

But i just renamed it to:
2008 FRM: Hull (derivatives): cheapest to deliver (CTD) and conversion factor (CF)
