We are aware of an issue that caused some members to lose access to their study materials in the study planner over the weekend. We are not sure exactly what the issue is yet, but if anyone is having an issue accessing their study planner, please let me know so I can continue to troubleshoot the issue. It is very helpful if you provide very specific information about what is happening when you log in regarding any errors that you are receiving. I still have not been able to determine exactly what our members were experiencing because I do not have specific information.
