Support for Account Issues

If anyone is having issues with their account (including login, access to the study planner, forum issues, etc.), please send an email to [email protected]. We do not want to use the forum to provide support for specific accounts, as we cannot keep the support tickets organized that way. Thank you.

Please try the following before sending a support request for the issues below:

  • Login Issues: Make sure you are trying to log in under Student Login on the main page of the BT website. If you cannot remember your password, you can request a new one by clicking on Student Login and then forgot password. You will not be able to log in by clicking on Account, and you cannot request a password change under Account.

  • Purchasing Issues (previous customers): If you are having trouble purchasing when logged in, please checkout as a guest instead of signing in.

  • Accessing Study Materials After Purchase: when you log in under Student Login, click on My Courses. This will bring up your study planner.
