I had a few that I skipped that I thought I could do but passed on them at the time in order to make more time for easier questions, but I never got back to them. The probability questions I thought were messing with my head a bit. Don't know why, but they weren't clicking in my noggin that...
I've tried to figure out how they score based on lots of assumptions, so who really knows, BUT my guess is that about 55%-60% is about the cutoffs. I'm sure there is a lot of differing opinions on this but I can't imagine that the top 5% of scores average more than 80% - 85% and the quartile...
Babak083, I sat for both part I (3,3,2,2) and part II (not scored). I thought Nov.13 part I was very tricky. Was thinking that the questions would come in the form that most exams come in...meaning, I thought it was going to be a straight application of the formulas and concepts. Was not...
My thoughts may best be explained through a brief analogy. I've spent the past 5 months taking batting practice from Dave. I've been thrown some major league curve balls, 98 mph fastballs, some knucklers and some splitters, and all the rest. Dave has a major league arm and even gets to use...
Agree with both Wolf and Thierry in the apparent anomaly regarding GARP 2014 and Mock D. My scores have been:
Mock A: 15/25=60%
Mock B: 20/25=80%
Mock C: 18/25=72%
Mock D: 16/25=64%
Mock E: 20/25=80%
GARP 2011; Exam #1: 21/25 =84%, and Exam #2: 22/25= 88%
GARP 2013; 20/25=80%
GARP 2014...
If you mean, immediately after I finished taking Part I, then no. I took Part II two hours after sitting for part I with no results known. When I received my results notification on Dec. 30th, I was given my results for Part I while Part II was not scored so I have no idea how I did on Part II...
lesnar and Bankir083; I failed with a 3,3,2,2. So, I too am very interested in seeing how tough they were on the cutoff (ex. 38%, 42%, 48%, 50%, or whatever). I must have been extremely close since I've heard from many that had some combinations of weighted average of 2.4 and passed, as did...
