FRM 1 and 2 package

Hi - I just purchased the FRM 1 and 2 package and paid through Paypal. I confirmed the order, and I believe it went through fine, but I haven't received any email confirmation, and the transaction does not (yet) show up on my Paypal account. Could you please advise what the issue is? Thanks.

The transaction has been looked up and the transaction was declined. Perhaps there was a problem with your credit card information, etc?

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I'd suggest trying to re-purchase.

David, Suzanne - Thanks. The PayPal account is linked to my corporate card as the funding source. My Company's corporate card policy does not allow certain kinds of PayPal transactions, which is why I believe the transction was declined. Is there any other way to pay via my Amex corporate card? Please let me know, because my Company won't reimburse me unless I use my Amex corporate card as the funding source.

Okay, I will try to do that. Do you know how this transaction will appear on my card account statement? A reference that clearly identifies the product (i.e. FRM 1 and 2) and provider (i.e. Bionic Turtle) would be great. Please let me know.

Hi GS007,

The transaction on the credit card statement will read "www.bionicturtle.com" + our landline phone number (###-###-####). I just spoke to our merchant bank (Bank of America) and, according to them, I cannot enable statement-line product differentiation (e.g., FRM 1, FRM 2) ... which makes sense, I think (ie, how would multiple orders be displayed?).
