Course How to undo "Mark as Complete" in Study Planner

Hi @Nicole Seaman
I've mistakenly marked one of the items in the Study Planner as complete, whereas I haven't actually completed it and would like to set it back to incomplete.

It's this one:

I've had a look through the forum and haven't found the answer (so I'm probably not searching for it the right way, since I'm sure someone must have asked before me).

How do I do this please?

I've manually unchecked the Dowd, Chapter 3 Question Set in your account. There is not a way for users to uncheck the items themselves, so I need to do it manually. If you have any other trouble with your account, please email me directly. Email is the best way to get help with any account issues [email protected]

I've manually unchecked the Dowd, Chapter 3 Question Set in your account. There is not a way for users to uncheck the items themselves, so I need to do it manually.
