Yes, am part 2 candidate and cleared part1 in Nov 2015. does reminder status changed for anyone. I remember from few candidates last year who passed the exam and their status changed as enrolment expired a day before the results.

1-yes but sometimes can be errors.
2-normally overnight

Is early. In 4/6 hours the status should change
