Hi David,
In the example of episode 11, you note 8MM in the numerator as operating costs. Yet 8% of $1 billion is 80 million. Why the discrepancy?

My mistake, I meant the annual operating cost is 0.8%. Sorry, thanks for noticing. I added to errata:
