Study notes Miller, Chapters 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7

Hi, I recently joined BT and I just started with Quantitative Analysis. I cannot find study notes for "Miller, Chapters 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7", are you planing to upload this document?
Missing these notes I find it difficult to follow the first "Instructional Video: Miller, Chapter 2", it has been more than 10 years since I last studied statistics and distributions.
