Hi,
I've just bought a package and I will attend the Nov FRM Part1. I can see everywhere mentioned "study planner" but where is it located? When I click on my course I get the list of chapters from the 4 books and I can expand to access contents. Is that the "study planner"?

Yes, the study planner is located under My Courses. On that page, when you click on the course that you purchased, the study planner will show with all of your course materials. You should be able to see study notes, practice question sets, etc. when you expand each chapter in the study planner (you can also choose to expand all).
