Website Trouble

Is anyone else having issues with the website? I was on on of the study module pages, and when I went to "mark it complete" the site returned a "error connecting to database" error. Now any page I try to refresh just gets a 404 error (except the homepage; but even that looks like it's lacking a lot of what it had before). Did something happen? Is there an eta on a fix?

We are currently working on this. We understand how frustrating it is (it is EXTREMELY frustrating for us also), but we are working as quickly as possible to restore the site. It is impossible for me to provide an ETA, as we need to troubleshoot and find the issue that is causing this. Thank you for your patience.

I am getting an error message when I try and download pdfs from the site. Is this issue being fixed as well?

Hi @Cjdubs12 Yes, last night customers were unable to download PDFs for a few hours (apologies), but it was fixed quickly by our tech support. Although we have a high-capacity dedicated server, due to high traffic that overwhelmed our server earlier in the week, we're attempting some improvements, including a switch from Apache web server to Litespeed (I am excited about this switch ultimately, see Litespeed Web Server). But candidly we switched it too fast, before testing the PDF download security, whose settings temporarily interfered. So we switched it back to Apache until we work out the settings. Sorry for the inconvenience!
